EPA fines Rahway developer $85K
By New Jersey Local News Service
March 30, 2010, 7:08PM
RAHWAY—The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced today that a Rahway developer was fined $85,000 for failing to manage stormwater properly at a construction site.
Landmark at Rahway, LLC, was fined for violations at its 2.5 acre Park Square property in 2008 and 2009. Violations weren’t corrected in 2009, so the EPA sought a penalty and settled with the developer for $85,000 this month.
“Improper management of stormwater can have serious environmental consequences for our harbors, rivers, lakes and streams, and the violations at the Park Square site in Rahway compromised surrounding waterways,” said Judith Enck, the regional administrator for the Environmental Protection Agency in a statement.

The EPA, State and Federal, and wherever, is nothing but a bunch of fascist extortionist thugs, who use terroristic tacticsthat would make a hit man blush.
These fascist pigs harass developers, builders, AND private citizens.
Guilty until proven innocent is the way they work.
“Settlement” means they put a loaded gun to your head, you pay an outrageous fine from a CHART, and then MAYBE they will leave you alone.
Appeals , which are a joke, are heard by hack administrative judges who couldn’t give a rat’s crap about the United States Constitution or the meaning of justice and fairness.
These agencies are unconstitutional bureaucracies that make the Chinese Communist system appear to be fair and balanced. The NJ EPA has bankrupted and destroyed many builders and developers.
When the next populist revolution comes, (and it is coming SOON) these extortionist thugs will be hanging from lamposts!!
the music haha
